We stand behind Be Practical. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@atechcorporation.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Physical Book Returns

The book must be returned in its original condition (no water damage, writing, or excessive wear).
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the book arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned book, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Playbook Edition (Digital)

Because the Playbook Edition includes instant digital access to proprietary tools, templates, and systems, digital access will be revoked upon refund approval. If you purchased the Playbook Edition bundle, the entire order is eligible for refund under the same 14-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no charge. Please email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we will ship a replacement immediately.
